DSTRA — حذف الحساب أو الشركة

من داخل التطبيق: العضو يفتح «المزيد» ثم «حذف حسابي». مالك الورشة يفتح «الإعداد» (الترس في الرئيسية) ثم «حذف الشركة» ويكتب اسم الشركة للتأكيد، ثم يؤكد هويته بكلمة مروره أو بحساب Google نفسه.

ما يُحذف: حساب العضو ودخوله وأجهزته ورقم هاتفه، وتبقى حركاته المالية باسمه لأنها دفاتر الورشة. وحذف الشركة يحذف كل بياناتها وصورها وحسابات كل أعضائها وحساب مالكها، ببريده وكلمة مروره إن دخل بالبريد الإلكتروني.

إن لم تستطع الدخول إلى التطبيق، أو أنشأت حساباً بالبريد الإلكتروني ولم تفتح به شركة، فاطلب الحذف من المطوّر: البريد teaa.saeed@gmail.com، أو واتساب +964 770 880 0503، واذكر اسم الورشة ورقم هاتفك فيها، أو البريد الذي أنشأت به الحساب.

الاشتراك من Google Play يُلغى من Play نفسه: حذف الحساب أو الشركة لا يلغيه.

DSTRA — Deleting an account or a company

From inside the app: a member opens More, then Delete my account. The workshop's owner opens Setup (the gear on the Dashboard), then Delete the company, types the company's name to confirm, then confirms it is them with their password or the same Google account.

What is deleted: the member's account, sign-in, devices and phone number; their money records stay under their name, because they are the workshop's books. Deleting the company deletes all its data, its photos, every member's account and its owner's account — with its email and password, when the owner signs in by email.

If you cannot sign in to the app, or you made an account with an email and never opened a company, ask the developer to delete it: email teaa.saeed@gmail.com, or WhatsApp +964 770 880 0503, with the workshop's name and your phone number in it, or the email the account was made with.

A Google Play subscription is cancelled in Play itself: deleting an account or a company does not cancel it.
